The Tangram #3

This assignment was very similar to the last one. The only difference was that we had to work with in pairs. I designed this composition with Klajdi Laze, a fellow student.

We chose to work with two default dimensions of the tangram and one 10x10 dimension. Once again we chose the square to be the red shape, as we felt it looks a lot more interesting and bold. We chose to place the red square in three different spots of the composition, so that the viewer's vision is directed to the whole design and not one place in particular. As for the black shapes, we put them together in way, to create other, smaller and bigger shapes. But again, we tried to align them and the composition seems to be inclined, even though the shapes are not placed diagonally.

Even though the composition could be more defined , I feel satisfied with this it and by comparing this to my previous works, you can sense the improvement.
