In this assignment, we had to, once again use the shapes of the tangram, but this time we were free to change the number of them. Another important requirement of the assignment was to use juxtaposition and overlaping of the elements.

This time as well, I imagined my canvas divided into small squares. I tried putting the shapes in a way that you are able to make out these imaginary squares. The triangle is the most used shape in my composition, but it still serves the purpose of creating bigger inclined squares. I tried to align the shapes so that they all become part of bigger shapes. By using juxtaposition I tried to turn the white background into shapes, triangles mostly, to fit with the overall theme. I also overlapped the elements, so the composition could look a bit more interesting.

I am satisfied with this composition as well, because to me it feels like it does deliver what I intended; the elements not being sole shapes, but combining with each other to create a whole design.
